1.2 REPORT TO : ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER

1.3 SUPERVISE : ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

1.1 RESPONSIBILITY

  • To handle full set of accounts (Perform month end closing, year-end closing and audit schedule, petty cash checking, monitor A/P and A/R, Submit accounting report and etc.)
  • Responsible to prepare, compile & review statutory submission such as GST, banker etc.
  • Liaise with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agents and co-operate with them to fulfill the requirements set by the statutory bodies.
  • Responsible and to perform daily banking operation
  • Petty cash checking
  • To coordinate daily dispatch work arrangement.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting document.
  • To coordinate in stock take process.
  • Administer HR related documentation, such as contract of employment, salary revision, confirmation and etc.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date
  • Checking on general workers salary.
  • Checking on driver allowance & etc.
  • Other ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary

1.6 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/ Degree in the accounting / financial
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting or any related field

1.7 SKILL REQUIRED

  • Good knowledge in computerize accounting (Autocount) and payroll software such as SQL Accounting;
  • Able to handle full set accounts.
  • Able to work independently and meticulously.
  • Good problem solving skills & able to work under pressure & deadline
  • Computer literate

1.2 REPORT TO : ADMIN & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER

1.3 SUPERVISE : ADMIN & HR ASSISTANT

1.1 RESPONSIBILITY

  • Administer HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, salary revision, confirmation and etc.
  • Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing HR policies.
  • Assist in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing candidates.
  • Conducting orientation for new staff
  • Assist in conducting investigation, representing company at hearings – Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), Industrial Relation Department (JPPM)
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date
  • Assist in dealing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employee and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • To liaise with Foreign Workers Agency, Kementerian Dalam Negeri & Immigration Department for all formalities involving foreign workers recruitment, work permit application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Manage employee insurance scheme.
  • Responsible for general welfare of employee
  • Any other assignment which may be required by HOD from time to time.

1.6 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any related field, preferably Human Resource
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field

1.7 SKILL REQUIRED

  • Knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia HR Regulations and procedures.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently

1.1 POSITION : OPERATION SUPERVISOR

1.2 REPORT TO : OPERATION EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER

1.3 SUPERVISE : LEADER & GENERAL WORKER

1.1 RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist Operation Executive and Manager to lead operation department
  • Monitor, supervise, follow up and reviewing work performance of leader & general worker
  • Follow up daily attendance of all workers
  • To monitor driver & worker discipline issue and to control workers OT
  • Manage resources efficiently to achieve company objectives, improve efficiency and productivity and implementation continuous improvement plans
  • Handle daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate goods management
  • Inventory control, transportation arrangement
  • To provide record for monthly driver/foreman incentive calculation (if any)
  • Coordinate stock take process
  • To identify slow moving, obsolete stocks and propose remedial action
  • To liaise with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, SPAD, KPDKNN with regards to company lorry permit, license, summons, diesel permit and etc.
  • Any other task assigned by HOD

  • At least SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
