Cynthia Lum joined Crystal Group in 2024 as Finance Manager, bringing over 10 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, audit, and tax within the retail and hospitality industries. She is a qualified ACCA and ICSA professional and was honoured as the winner of the Malaysian Best Corporate Law in the UK Professional Exam.

Cynthia’s expertise encompasses a strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and regulatory requirements, alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
