PROCESS FLOW OF GLASS
CUTTING
Glasses of selected thickness and color will be measured and cut by machine.
EDGE DELETING / DRILLING
Glasses that are perfectly cut will go through edge deletion, where the edges are polished and milled. Glasses that require hole drilling will be sent to drilling machine and perfectly carved based on provided measurement.
PROCESSING
Glasses will go through heat tempering, laminating and double glazing to be processed into safety glasses.
PACK & SHIP
Glasses that pass the strict quality check based on MS1498:2011 (Malaysia Standard) will be carefully wrapped and delivered on time.
